 Oeuf salad. Hard-boiled eggs, pancetta-lardons and house mayonnaise with spring mix and a lemon vinaigrette. $9.

Grilled asparagus and poached egg dressed with Reggiano Parmesan and balsamic vinegar. $9.

Applewood smoked bacon salad with spring lettuces, Gorgonzola cheese, fennel, tomato, red onion, and pine nuts in a mustard vinaigrette. $9.

Arugula salad with the finest extra virgin olive oil, topped with shaved Reggiano Parmesan cheese. $9.

Endive salad with blue goat cheese, walnuts and a pear/apple relish; served with walnut vinaigrette. $8.

Savory vegetable tart with eggplant/artichoke filling, layered with goat cheese, leek/fennel mélange, roasted beets and carrots. $13.

Creole mustard marinaded duck breast, white Peking duck with sautéed rapini and a duck-stock reduction. $22.

Roasted free range half-chicken, herbes de Provence rubbed, served with sautéed spinach. $20.

Tuna, sesame crusted served rare with Provencal-style haricots verts, watercress and a Thai-chili vinaigrette. $24.
